Upon receiving your booking request we will e-mail or phone you with a provisional booking. However we must receive a deposit of 50% of the total cost plus completed booking form within 7 days of our reply to secure the booking date. This deposit constitutes a firm booking and is non-refundable. The outstanding balance must be paid within 4 weeks of the start of the course. If booking within 4 weeks of activity date then full payment will be required

Cancellation notices must be received in excess of 4 weeks before the start of the course or all monies paid are forfeited.

Any reduction in group members must be notified at least 7 days before activity date or full payment will be required.

Alterations and amendments

We reserve the right to cancel or vary any activity where this becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event of cancellation by us any payment will be refunded or alternative date or activities offered.

Liability

We assume no liability for injury or death, accident, cancellation, delay, irregularity or inconvenience incurred by a person participating in an activity. We decline all responsibility for any loss or damage to property of any kind during an activity. We do not accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to sickness, weather, strikes, riots or other cause whatever.

Insurance

Interactivities have a comprehensive public liability policy indemnity/benefit of £5 million. Copies available on request.

We suggest you take out your own personal insurance cover.

We reserve the right to exclude any person before or during an activity if in our opinion that person is not compatible with the general enjoyment and well being of the activity. This includes anyone under the influence of drink or drugs.

We reserve the right to alter or amend any details without notice.

Payment of a deposit or a signed booking form will be regarded as acceptance and consent to these conditions.
