Upon receiving your booking request we will e-mail or phone you with a provisional   booking. However we must receive a deposit of 30% of the total cost within 7 days   of our reply to secure the booking date. This deposit constitutes a firm booking and   is non-refundable. The outstanding balance must be paid within 4 weeks of the start  of the course. Cancellation notices must be received in excess of 4 weeks before  the start of the course or all monies paid are forfeited.
